The challenge

Working internationally and across multiple time zones, OWIN® was looking for a collaboration platform to facilitate communication between its various actors and manage missions, whether in Belgium, Australia, the United States, or China.

The solution

Teasio initially presented itself as an e-coaching platform, OWIN® saw an opportunity to optimize the management and follow-up of its clients, partners, and projects internationally.

Flexible and adaptable, Teasio allowed OWIN® network members to better follow their missions and communicate more easily with various members worldwide. The paths and steps implemented by Teasio allowed for more structured processes and methodologies and facilitated daily mission management. Each OWIN® member country now has its standard path, with slight adaptations per company.

The chat and discussion groups allow for smoother and more direct communication, resulting in significant time savings. The blog integrated into the platform allows for effective information sharing.

The results

Teasio's greatest contribution to OWIN® is the ease of project management and follow-up. Also, exchanges between members are much simpler. There is no need to go through email anymore. All information is centralized on the platform, which is the unique entry point for members: chat, webinars, calls, document sharing, database access, etc.
